I created this sound for the School level in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1&2. When you skate up the ramp in the picture below the scoreboard breaks, the lightbulbs pop, and the buzzer play. This is my favorite sfx because of all the sounds I have designed this one was the most fun! I used a number of FX plugins which were modulated with a random LFO (pitch shifter, bit crusher, saturation) to simulate the buzzer failing and freaking out as the speaker breaks.
